Meta data of customers available on request

Companies should send data collected about customers to them upon request.  Students own their own work, so they can reuse it in different settings and the university just facilitates not increases work, the students do.  In a computational government, the university makes money from government funding of work that is owned by the students and licensed to Unis, (like music copyright is owned by artists) lecturers have a percentage contribution of the creative input and money, and in a computational university, the robot is a person and has its own legal rights.  E.g. of a company that gives intellectual property to the payer, Fiverr, could be used by Uni, e.g. the student pays and keeps copyright of their work.  Turn it in refers to a database of copyright documents.  Plagiarism is caught in formative assignments and citations are required for a pass mark of 100%, which are earned by using computers.
